• Active Account Data: Retained for the duration of your account registration with jill8
• Post-Closure Account Data: Retained for 5 years following account closure, in compliance with PAGCOR recordkeeping requirements and RA 9160 (AMLA) obligations
• Transaction Records: Retained for a minimum of 5 years following the transaction date, as required by AMLC regulations
• KYC Documents: Retained for 5 years from the date of last transaction or account closure, whichever is later
• Marketing Data: Retained until you withdraw consent to marketing or request deletion, after which it is deleted within 30 days
• Security Logs: Retained for 12 months for fraud detection and incident investigation purposes

jill8 is strictly an adult gaming platform. In accordance with PAGCOR regulations and the requirements of the jill8 Terms & Conditions, jill8 services are available only to individuals aged 21 years and older. jill8 does not knowingly collect, use, or retain personal data from individuals under the age of 21.

jill8 employs mandatory KYC age verification for all players. Any account found to belong to a person under 21 will be immediately closed, all funds returned (less any bonuses), and all associated personal data deleted.
