These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," "you") and jill8 ("jill8," "we," "us," "our"), the operator of jill8.net, with respect to your use of the jill8 online gaming platform and all services offered thereon.

By accessing, browsing, registering on, or using jill8.net in any capacity, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be fully bound by these Terms and any additional policies incorporated herein by reference, including but not limited to the Privacy Policy and the Responsible Gaming Policy. • You must not have had a previous jill8 account suspended or terminated for breach of these Terms.

jill8 reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory proof may result in suspension of account access and withholding of pending withdrawals pending investigation.

To place wagers on jill8, you must create a registered account. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You agree to maintain and promptly update this information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

Each individual may hold only one (1) registered account on jill8. The creation of multiple accounts — whether under the same name, same mobile number, same IP address, same payment method, or any other duplicated identifier — is strictly prohibited. jill8 employs automated and manual detection systems to identify duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, jill8 reserves the right to close all associated accounts, void all pending bets, and forfeit any balances held in such accounts.

In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and applicable Philippine anti-money laundering laws (Republic Act No. 9160 and its amendments), jill8 is required to verify the identity of all players prior to processing withdrawal requests. KYC documents required may include:

• A valid Philippine government-issued photo ID (e.g., PhilSys ID, Driver's License, Passport, SSS/GSIS ID, Voter's ID, PRC ID)
• Proof of address issued within the last 90 days (e.g., utility bill, bank statement, BIR certificate)
• Proof of payment method ownership (e.g., screenshot of GCash account showing registered mobile number)

jill8 may request additional documents at its sole discretion. Failure to provide satisfactory KYC documentation within the period specified by jill8 may result in suspension of withdrawal privileges and, in cases of suspected fraud, forfeiture of account balance.

The minimum deposit on jill8 is ₱100. Deposits may be made via GCash, PayMaya, BPI Online Banking, BDO Online Banking, and Metrobank. Deposits are credited to your jill8 wallet in real time or within a commercially reasonable period depending on the payment method. jill8 does not charge transaction fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply their own charges.

The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals are processed to the same payment method used for the qualifying deposit wherever technically feasible. jill8 targets a processing time of under 15 minutes for GCash and PayMaya withdrawals and up to 2 banking days for bank transfers. All withdrawal requests are subject to completion of KYC verification.

jill8 reserves the right to withhold or delay withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:

• KYC verification has not been completed or documents are under review
• There is a reasonable suspicion of fraudulent activity, money laundering, or breach of these Terms
• The account balance includes bonus funds that have not met applicable wagering requirements
• A withdrawal dispute, chargeback, or payment reversal has been filed by the player with their payment provider

All bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and promotional credits offered by jill8 are subject to specific wagering requirements and validity periods as stated in each individual promotion's terms. Where a conflict exists between these general Terms and a specific promotion's terms, the specific promotion's terms shall prevail.

Bonus funds must be wagered a specified number of times (the "wagering requirement") before they may be withdrawn as cash. The applicable wagering multiplier for each bonus is stated in the promotion details. Wagering requirements must be met within the validity period of the bonus; bonus funds and associated winnings not meeting requirements within the validity period will be forfeited.

jill8 maintains a zero-tolerance policy toward bonus abuse. Actions constituting bonus abuse include but are not limited to: opening multiple accounts to claim the same promotion, placing opposing bets to reduce risk while meeting wagering requirements, using betting patterns that jill8 determines to be inconsistent with genuine recreational play, or coordinating with other players to exploit promotional terms. Detected bonus abuse will result in cancellation of all bonuses and associated winnings and may result in permanent account closure.

All games available on jill8 are governed by their individual game rules, which are accessible within each game. In the event of a technical malfunction, software error, or communication failure during gameplay, jill8 reserves the right to void the affected round and refund the player's stake for that round. No compensation beyond the stake refund will be provided for technical malfunctions.

Published Return to Player (RTP) percentages represent theoretical long-term averages and do not guarantee individual session outcomes.

You agree not to engage in any of the following prohibited activities on jill8:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence to place bets or interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game
• Using the jill8 platform for money laundering, terrorist financing, or any other illegal financial activity
• Attempting to hack, reverse engineer, decompile, or disassemble any part of the jill8 platform
• Engaging in any form of fraud, misrepresentation, or identity theft in connection with your jill8 account

Unauthorized reproduction, redistribution, modification, or commercial exploitation of any jill8 content is strictly prohibited and may result in civil and criminal penalties under the Intellectual Property Code of the Philippines (Republic Act No. 8293).

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, jill8 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages — including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, loss of goodwill, or service interruption — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use jill8.net.

jill8's total aggregate liability to you in connection with any single claim shall not exceed the total amount of deposits made by you in the 30-day period immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim. This limitation applies whether the claim arises in contract, tort, negligence, strict liability, or any other legal theory.

Nothing in these Terms shall exclude or limit jill8's liability for fraud, willful misconduct, or any other liability that cannot be excluded or limited under applicable law.

jill8 is committed to promoting responsible gaming and maintaining a safe gaming environment. Upon account closure, any real-money balance (excluding bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to the player via their registered payment method within 30 business days, subject to completion of all required KYC verification and provided no funds are subject to a fraud investigation.

You may close your jill8 account at any time by contacting customer support via live chat. Account closure requests are processed within 48 hours.

jill8 reserves the right to amend, modify, update, or replace these Terms at any time. These Terms and Conditions, and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them or their subject matter or formation, shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.

In the event of a dispute between you and jill8, the parties agree to first attempt to resolve the dispute amicably through good-faith negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within 30 days of written notice of the dispute, either party may refer the matter to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Philippines.
